This year's Chasing Excellence Conference has an amazing array of speakers & over 20 sessions on topics designed to help get 2025 started off the right way. You will have the opportunity to learn from experts in everything from Small-Boat Training and high-level sculling, Leadership and Mental Toughness, and even Breathing Strategies and Coaching-Life Balance.

Single Day Individual Pass: $125
Provides an individual with access to the live conference as well as access to all recordings once they are available.
Single Day Boathouse Pass: $549
Provides a boathouse with conference access for 20 individuals. A conference manager will reach out to the contact provided for the list of participants.
Weekend Individual Pass: $199
Provides an individual with conference access to both the Chasing Excellence Junior Conference and the USRowing Coxswain Conference.
Weekend Boathouse Pass: $799
Provides a boathouse with conference access to both the Chasing Excellence Junior Conference and the USRowing Coxswain Conference for 20 individuals. A conference manager will reach out to the contact provided for the list of participants. You may submit a different list of 20 individuals for each conference day.
